Exchange and Return

Returns

The customer has the right to return the order within 30 days after delivery. The period expires after 30 days from the day you physically received the items.

To exercise your free right of return, the customer should contact the Season Home Collection team via email ([email protected]), submitting the following information:

Order Number; Articles you want to return; Reason for return.

Rules for returns

To make the return, the following rules must be respected:

  • The items cannot show any signs of use;
  • The articles must be properly packaged, in their original packaging, and they must not be damaged;
  • The items must contain all the original tags.

The Season Home Collection team will contact the customer as soon as possible to understand how the return procedure will be done and how the refund will be made.

You will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the products including the costs of delivery to the original place of delivery (except additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery provided by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you physically received the items.

The refund will be made by the same means of payment used for the initial purchase. You will not be liable for any fees resulting from such a refund. Notwithstanding the above, we may withhold your refund until you return the goods to us, or until you provide us with proof of postage of the goods to be returned, whichever is the earlier.

The package containing the products for return should have the following address as the recipient:

If the customer’s order is reported lost, we ask that the customer contact us as soon as possible so that the Season Home Collection Team can make a claim with the carrier responsible, presenting a solution within 30 days, unless exceptions. Exchanging Items

The customer can exchange items, only once per order, provided that the value of the new product is equal to the one you want to exchange. In case of a return, the refund will be accredited through the original payment method. The return will be carried out within 30 days, after the request to return the article.
