The prices of products in the online store are set and applied by the Season Home Collection Team.
If an error is detected, the team will contact the customer as soon as possible and the customer can cancel their order or accept a new confirmation of the corrected price. However, if the team is unable to contact the client, the order will be canceled and the client will be refunded within 30 working days.
The value of the items in the online store includes VAT (Value Added Tax) in force in Portugal.
The Season Home Collection Team has the right to change the values of items whenever you want.
The payment of the order can be made by the following methods:
Multibanco -> Multibanco references are a payment method that allows the consumer to pay your order through ATMs, websites, or applications of Portuguese banks. The customer has 48 hours to finalize the payment.
Payshop -> For this payment method the customer must process the payment at a Payshop agent.
MBWay -> MBWay is the first interbank solution that allows immediate payments and transfers via smartphone or tablet. This payment method is only available in Portugal and the customer will have 5 minutes to complete the payment. The payment procedure consists of receiving a notification on the client’s mobile device and requesting validation of the purchase by entering the PIN provided by MBWay.
Credit/Debit Card -> The same works by entering a unique numeric code (one code per purchase) sent by SMS to the cardholder’s cell phone. It is available for cards from the MasterCard/Maestro and Visa/Visa Electron networks.
If the payment is not authorized by the issuing authorities, the Season Home Collection Team is not responsible for the impossibility or delay of delivery, and no contract of any kind is formalized with the consumer.
After the payment is made, the user can not cancel it.
Customs or import taxes and duties are determined by the customs office of the country where the order is destined. Please note that these taxes may be charged once the order enters the country of destination.
All costs related to these taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not charged by Season Home Collection.
The customer should contact the customs office in their country/place of residence where their order is destined.
In certain circumstances, delays in delivering your order are the responsibility of the customs agents.
All prices listed are in Euros (€).
In the future, they may be converted to another currency according to the country where the order is placed, if Season Home Collection increases the number of markets it serves. Please note that values change depending on current exchange rates.
