Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Method

Currently, the delivery method available is home delivery, which is done by partner carriers such as DHL Express or other contracted services by Season Home Collection.

Delivery Available for the following Countries

Season Home Collection products present in the Online Shop, are available for national and international delivery, exclusively for the Euro Area.

Delivery Time and Shipping

Delivery costs are included in the final price of the order. The delivery time varies depending on the location, but it is estimated to be made within 5 working days unless agreed upon with the customer.

Stock of items

The execution of the order is subject to availability; however, the user will not be able to proceed with the order if the selected item is not in stock, i.e., not available.

If a problem occurs with the stock, the customer will be alerted as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded within 30 days.
